Justin was prompt in responding to our home to asses our roof. He explained the condition of our roof due to wind damage. Justin advised us how to proceed. He kept us updated through the whole job. The crew was very thorough and meticulous when cleaning up. I highly recommend Riley for all your roofing needs.

They gave us upfront pricing within a few days of their visit. After that they conducted a pre-installation inspection and after taking measurements they gave us an approximate timeframe for delivery and installation. The installation crew was very professional and did a very competent job. Overall a great transaction.

Justin and his team exceeded our expectations. They showed up at 7 am to get started, covered shrubs and plants with tarps, hung netting to protect the house, and got right to work. Complete tear off done by 10 am. They replaced water damaged sheathing and installed ice dam shield, underlayment, drip edges, architectural shingles, ridge vents, and got done by 4 pm. Then they cleaned up every scrap, swept the yard and gardens with magnets, and even reset our Christmas lights and decorations. Good price, great work, all in one day. Well done!

We got a fair quote. They were very communicative about material and installation. The crew took care of all the mess, they put down tarps and covered windows. They even brought in my trash cans from the street that i took out that morning. They arrived at dawn and were finished before dark. They went over the yard and drive with magnet to get any nails.
